
I have not received my tickets yet.
We offer you the possibility to track your booking. To do so, you just need to log in the designated Login-Box. You find the Login-Box on the top of our website, located in the middle.
If you have registered successfully, you need to click on "Your data" in order to get to the next page where you will find under the point "your recent orders" the bookings you have made and their processing status:
- If you have assigned your orders to our webshop, the orders will have the status "booked/reserved"
- Orders which have the status "printed/placed at the disposal" are already forwarded to you.
Please check under "Your data" if the address for service is correct.
Once we have received your payment, the tickets will be forwarded to you on the next working day. You will receive an e mail on the date of dispatch.
Please note that because of the different transit time, letters might be late up to seven days. If you haven't received your tickets after seven days, please contact us via e mail.
If the tickets were sent within Croatia by regular mail, we would ask you to contact us via email to info@eventim.hr or by telephone under +3851 655 28 60.
If the tickets were sent outside Croatia by registered mail, we would ask you to contact your local post office. Registered mail items should be available for 3 working days. In the case that your tickets are not available there, please contact us at info@eventim.hr or by telephone under +3851 655 28 60.
