oeticket is not the promoter of the events on offer and is therefore not liable for the refund of ticket money. But we do our best to ensure the security of ticket money and therefore normally use the following procedures:

In the event of postponement or relocation you can, of course, return the tickets, except the tickets say something else. The ticket price excluding all fees (e.g. delivery and service fees) will be refunded. If you do not want to attend the event at its new date/location, the original ticket has to be returned immediately. Please consult our website for specific information about the respective event.

• The tickets were ordered by phone, from www.oeticket.com or from the website of one of our partners:

Oeticket values good customer service, and we try to inform all customers about cancellations or changes, as far as this is possible for us. Reasons that you were not informed could be:

• We didn’t have your correct contact details.

• The promoter of the event hasn’t informed us in time.

Please also check our website for updates of dates and locations before attending your event (please note that our website might not be up to date if the promoter has not informed us of changes in time).

In any case we accept no liability for transportation, hotel or any similar costs related to cancelled/rescheduled/relocated events.

oeticket is only the ticket agency. We are not liable for refunding expenses. If you qualify for a refund, you have to file your request directly with the organizer of the event. oeticket aims to inform you in time about changes or cancellations. However, we do not assume liability for this service.

Since tickets are security papers, we cannot offer replacement in case of loss or theft. However, if your tickets are positively identifiable seat number tickets, we can issue a seat confirmation which will allow admission to the event of your choice. In this case, please call us at +43 1 96096 or use the contact form to get in touch with us.

For the seat confirmation we will charge a processing fee of € 15.- and in addition we need an official notification of loss.

If your tickets are standing room tickets/seats with open seating or seats that cannot be positively identified (tickets that were sold to customers without customer data), we unfortunately cannot issue a replacement.

If your tickets are print@home tickets, the original ticket will be cancelled for a fee of € 5.- and a new one will be issued. The old ticket then becomes invalid and will not be accepted by the electronic admission control.

Your oeticket order (no matter whether via phone, Internet or personally at the ticket agency) is binding. It may only be cancelled under the conditions specified in the restricted legal terms and conditions (ABGB, KSchG), for example if you have been mislead in the course of placing your order or if the order was placed under duress. Please note: ticket orders are not subject to the Distance Selling Act. According to §5f. Nr. 7 BGBl I 185/1999, the Distance Selling Act does not apply to the supply of services concerning recreational activities such as concerts. I.e., there is no 7-day right of withdrawal and return.

Reasonable, minor and objectively justified changes of cast or beginning of an event do not warrant a cancellation of the order. Orders may only be cancelled in the case of unacceptable, major or unobjective changes, for example if a soloist/headliner that has been announced does not appear or if the event has been rescheduled. The organizer of the event decides if a refund is possible. oeticket is only the ticket provider.

All ticket sales are fixed orders without the possibility of cancellation, unless you have oeticket carefree. In this case, you will receive a refund of the ticket value excluding any delivery fees or advance booking fees.

In order to make the processing of your order as transparent as possible, you can check the status of your order at the login area. The login area is located above the "Contact" button in the upper part of our website.

Sign in with your user name and password. Now, you can check your orders and their status by means of selecting first "My Account" and then "My Orders".

• If your order has the status "reserved/booked," this means you have placed the order via our web shop.

• If your order has the status "printed/made available," this means it has been shipped. At "My Data", you can check if your shipping address is correct.

We usually ship your tickets no later than one work day after you paid or (in case of direct debit or advance payment) after oeticket receives your payment. You will receive a delivery confirmation e-mail the day your order is shipped.

Since mailing times vary, it may happen that your order is up to seven work days late. Please be patient until your order arrives. If your order hasn’t arrived 7 days after you received our delivery confirmation e-mail, please use the contact form to get in touch with us.

If your order is shipped within Austria by non-registered mail, please call us at +43 1 96096 or use the contact form to get in touch with us.

If your order is shipped internationally (registered mail), please make inquiries at your post office. Registered mail is held for 3 work Mondays at your post office. In case the tickets are not at your post office, please call us at +43 1 96096 or use the contact form to get in touch with us.

If your ticket is a print@home ticket, you can download it at "My Orders". If you cannot print it out, please use the contact form to get in touch with us.

If you have entered incorrect details, the bank has the right to withdraw the money order within 5 work days. Therefore, we can only mail the tickets or provide them for pick-up 7 days after the successful bank collection. When we receive your payment, we will mail a payment confirmation to the e-mail address you provided.

Immediately after receiving your tickets, please check if they correspond to the order confirmation that has been e-mailed to you.

In case of obviously incorrect deliveries, especially wrong tickets (wrong category, wrong event, wrong time), your tickets will be replaced free of charge when you return the tickets that have wrongly been delivered to you. In order to receive your correct tickets, please inform us of the mistake in written form immediately after receiving the order. Use the contact form to get in touch with us. If there has been an exception error when placing your order, please use the contact form to get in touch with us. We will get back to you per e-mail as soon as possible.

Please fax the credit card bill that contains the wrong charge to +43 1 585 23 23, z.H. Customer Care. Please also include your name and a telephone number where you can be reached. We will check the billing and correct any wrong charges.

In order to offer a big selection of events to our customers, we also act as an agent for tickets of other ticket systems or distributors. Therefore, for some events, the price printed on the ticket does not correspond to the actual ticket price. In other cases, the promoter doesn’t want the fees to be printed on the tickets. Please note that in this case, the price printed on the tickets will be the ticket price without fees.

The final price consists of the ticket price printed on the ticket*, the booking fee (including any pre-reservation fees) per ticket and the delivery method of your choice.

Please note:
If you have also booked "oeticket carefree", the additional fee is included in the booking fee on your bill.
Thank you for understanding that "oeticket carefree" cannot be separately accounted for on your bill. However, "oeticket carefree" does explicitly show during the booking process (shopping cart + order overview).

If there is a refund, the price printed on the ticket will be fully refunded. This price generally includes any advance booking fees and system fees. In exceptional cases (e.g. if the promoter changes the pricing or if the promoter decides on additional charges etc.), it can happen that the price the promoter asks for is higher than the price printed on the ticket. In this case, oeticket can also only refund the price printed on the ticket. Additional fees related to the order (shipping fees, charges for collection, call center booking fees etc.) cannot be refunded.

Shipping and deposit are services that, unlike the product and economic value, are not connected to providing the tickets.

There are two ways to check if your ticket order has been correctly received.

• Check if you have received a booking confirmation e-mail. Please note that it can take up to an hour for this automatic confirmation to be sent. If you didn’t receive the booking confirmation, please check if you entered the correct e-mail address at "My Data" (see also 2). Please note that freemail providers such as @gmx may cause a delay of up to 12 hours. Please make sure you also check your spam folder for new e-mails.

• You can also inform yourself in the login area. The login area is located above the "Contact" button in the upper part of our website. Sign in with your user name and password. Now, you can check your orders and their status by means of selecting "My orders":
  If your order has the status "reserved/booked", this means we have received your order and we are processing it as soon as possible.

If your order has the status "received," this means you have placed your order in our web shop. "In process" and "paid for" means that your order is being processed and we are going to ship it as soon as possible. When clicking the order number, you will see the order items and the shipping and billing address of your order.

• If you notice that your shipping address isn’t correct, please use the contact form to get in touch with us as soon as possible.

• If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will try to change your shipping address in order to secure smooth delivery of your tickets.

• If your tickets have already been shipped, your change requests will be registered in our systems. If the Austrian Post AG cannot deliver your order, it will normally be returned to us. We will then ship it to your changed address as soon as possible.

Please note:
We do not bear risks relating to incorrectly entered addresses and expired tickets.

oeticket is only a ticket agency, not an event promoter. The on-site organization of the event itself, the ticket pricing and corresponding seating is handled by the promoter.

When there is an obvious booking mistake for your seat, please use the contact form to get in touch with us. We will get back to you per e-mail as soon as possible.

If you forgot your password, select "Account" in the upper part of our website. Underneath the login area, you can select "Forgot your password?" You will immediately receive help by means of an e-mail sent to the e-mail address you provided.

For data protection reasons, oeticket will not e-mail your password. However, you will receive a code (link) that lets you reset your password/choose a new password.

In order to change your e-mail address, go to "Account" to log on to the oeticket.com website. You can update your e-mail address at "Change e-mail".

Your log in details consist of your e-mail address and a password. If you forgot your password, go to "I forgot my password" for help.

Please keep your personal account up to date. In order to change your details, log in to your account (click "My Account" in the upper part of our website). If you are logged in already, select "My Data". "Customer Details" lets you change your billing and shipping address.

You can book several events under one transaction. Please select your tickets in the menu of the respective event and put them into the shopping cart. Select "Further Events" in order to add different tickets, select the tickets, put them into the shopping cart etc.

Please note that your tickets will be reserved in your shopping cart for only 18 minutes.
Only click "Continue" to continue and finish the ordering process when you have put all the tickets you want to order into the shopping cart.

oeticket vouchers can be both bought and redeemed online via www.oeticket.com, in our call center +43 1 96 0 96 or in all oeticket outlets. (More information)

These are the verification codes of the credit card known as Card Value Verification (CVV) or Card Verification Code (CVC). Both expressions mean the same; Visa uses the term CVV and Mastercard the term CVC. The verification code is an additional security feature that is required by oeticket when tickets are bought over the phone or the Internet. This is to ensure that the person ordering really is the owner of the card.

The verification code can be found on the rear of the credit card. It is the small number in the signature field. The CVC/CVV code is the last group of digits (the last 3 digits) in the number on the back.

The "cash in advance" option is not available if

• you wish to buy tickets from abroad (cash in advance is only available within Austria) or

• the event will take place in less than 3 weeks. (Because tickets chosen for cash in advance can only be sent after the amount has been booked to our account, it is only with more than three weeks time that we can guarantee that you will receive your tickets in time.)

If you have chosen tickets for more than one event in one transaction, it can also happen that the "cash in advance" option is not available. This depends on the combination of the events you booked.

Certain soccer matches require indication of a passport number. It serves your own security and prevents accidental booking of the wrong fan sector.

In this case, please enter your 9-digit passport number as indicated in bold letters in the example (1 letter + 8 digits). Please pay attention to the following points:

• Always only use the complete number at the very bottom of your passport (left hand side, in angle brackets).

• You must only enter 1 letter + 8 digits, i.e., 9 characters. Do not enter special characters such as "<" or ">".

• Since it is located after a special character, the 8th digit is visually separated from the other digits and can easily be overlooked. However, it is crucial that this digit be entered. Only complete codes can be immediately verified online.

• ONLY passport numbers may be used for registration. Please do not use driving license or ID card numbers!

For the current carefree fee (5.5% of the ticket value), oeticket grants all private customers (up to 6 tickets per customer) the right to withdraw from the purchase under the following conditions:

• Withdrawal up to 14 days* before the event – 100% refund of the ticket price

• Withdrawal up to 7 days* before the event – 50% refund of the ticket price.

During the ordering process, the optional service oeticket carefree appears in your shopping cart. Check the box and click "Continue to Checkout". "Oeticket carefree" appears as a new article on your shopping cart calculation (5.5% of ticket value). Please note that oeticket carefree can only be selected for the entire shopping cart.

Oeticket’s carefree service may only be selected during the booking process; unfortunately, it cannot be purchased afterwards.

The customer qualifying for refund must immediately claim his or her right to withdraw in written form:

• registered letter to Ticket Express GmbH, zH Customer Care, Heumühlgasse 11, 1040 Vienna, or

• e-mail to sorgenfrei@oeticket.com

The following documents must be mailed to the designated address:

• original ticket (not validated)

• the Ticket Express GmbH's invoice/delivery note you received with your tickets

To subscribe to the oeticket newsletter, enter your e-mail address in the "Newsletter" field on our website and click "sign up". You can then subscribe to one or more of our following newsletter categories:

Enter your e-mail address below the respective artist’s description and receive information as soon as an appearance has been confirmed.

To cancel the oeticket Newsletter, click the "Unsubscribe" link below the company details in an e-mail newsletter you received and send off the e-mail that appears without any further data entry. Your e-mail address will be automatically deleted from the mailing list.

As a registered user you can also unsubscribe from the newsletter on our website. Log into oeticket.com, select "My Account" and select the last item ("Newsletter and oeticket next"). Here you can unsubscribe from the newsletter and delete selected artists’ names from your oeticket Next list by means of unchecking the respective check boxes.

Occasionally, the time the doors open can be found there as well. The exact name and address of the venue can also be found on your ticket. We do not have more information than are printed on the ticket.

As soon as a promoter informs us that a concert has been rescheduled, you can find the updated information in the category "Changes" on our website.

Please inform yourself in time before the concert date and also pay attention to public announcements. Unfortunately, for technical reasons, the online purchase of wheelchair tickets is not possible.
